Sales Person needed for equipment rental sales.
Clean DMV is required and rental company experience is preferred.
Nature Of The Work:

To perform all functions in a customer service and sales capacity. Electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and construction knowledge is necessary. Must have working knowledge of equipment use, operation, and safety procedures. Must also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work closely with others, and organizational proficiency. Should have sales, customer service, and public relations experience, and possess the ability to maintain a high degree of patience, understanding, and problem solving capabilities.

Working Conditions:

Must stand and/or sit for long periods of time. Work will be conducted indoors, outdoors, and in general office conditions. Work areas may or may not be heated and/or air-conditioned. Job functions require interaction with co-workers, clientele, and the general public. This position requires a moderate degree of lifting, walking, bending, and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions. Job functions may expose employee to chemicals, including but not limited to, gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, propane gas, cleaning solvents, and aerosol paints and cleaners. Due to the physical nature of these chemicals, a sense of smell is required.

Education, Skills, and General Requirements:

· Should possess knowledge in the mechanical, plumbing, and construction fields.
· A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
· Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs.
· Must maintain a groomed and professional personal appearance and demeanor.
· Must be able to use mathematics for problem solving.
· Must have ability to evaluate customer demand and recommend equipment for addition to our rental fleet.
· Must possess customer relations skills.
· Must be fluent in English and possess ability to write legibly. The ability to speak another language is a plus.
· Must be able to maintain a consistent and acceptable attendance record.
· Must be able to apply principles of rational thinking for problem solving.
· Must be able to provide, understand, and complete instructions furnished in written, oral, or scheduled form.
· Must be able to maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers and clientele.
· Must possess the ability to maintain a high degree of patience and understanding.
